Return Process

3. Return Shipment: Send the product back to our designated return address.
4. Processing: We will process your refund within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned product.

Refund

• Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be applied to your next purchase.
• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
• Cash refunds are not available, regardless of the original payment method.
• Please note that refunds do not apply to discounted items.

Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order after prior notification and will refund the full amount via store credit if the order has not been processed.
